About HEARINGLife
Within a period of a few years, our formula for achieving successful practices has seen a small network of hearing clinics in Australia become a truly global network with clinics in the USA, Europe, and South Africa.
Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for Audiologists, Audiometrists and Provisionals who share our vision for hearing care, and would like to further their career within a passionate and committed company.
In recent years, we have grown rapidly through the creation of a world-leading “client experience”.
At HEARINGLife, we train our Audiologists and Audiometrists to spend more time with patients to better understand their needs and to concentrate on best clinical practice. We ask them to be less concerned with sales and profits: this has created a more positive work environment for Hearing Care Professionals and a great deal more fulfilment.
Our business success is totally dependent on our ability to consistently maintain the highest ethical standards and ensure patient satisfaction.
We also need to provide environments where our Consultants and Branch Customer Service Staff enjoy working and deliver excellence in patient care.
Well-equipped, modern clinics
HEARINGLife provide excellent facilities for the benefit of our staff and our patients. We consistently invest in the latest equipment and the presentation of our clinics.

As a result, we believe that we present a welcoming environment for the provision of professional hearing care, fulfilling our promise that “at HEARINGLife you can be assured we’ll be with you every step of the way — from the moment you come through the door, you’ll realise that you’re in the very best hands.”
Ongoing training and development
At HEARINGLife we are totally committed to ongoing training for our Consultants. Our aim is to help our staff to connect with their patients in ways that can achieve the greatest patient satisfaction — and deliver the very best outcomes.
We hold regular training sessions featuring our own training DVDs, forums to discuss cases, testing techniques and customer service ideals.
In addition, we provide time and assistance with maintaining CPD points and fund our Consultants to attend industry conferences - namely ASA and AcAud conferences.
Most importantly, we focus on highly practical on-the-job product and skills training — utilising dedicated national clinical trainers.
